(cl--describe-class-slots): Avoid cryptic `t` type

* lisp/emacs-lisp/cl-extra.el (cl--describe-class-slots): Use the empty
string for the trivial `t` type.

* lisp/emacs-lisp/cl-preloaded.el (cl-structure-class):
Fix non-existing `bool` => `boolean`.
